#2 Carving (and Costumes) for a Cause!
When it’s the time of year that our noses are tickled by the scents of pumpkin pies, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin bread, pumpkin spiced lattes etc., it’s also a great time to feast our eyes on creative pumpkin carvings that bring festivity and family together! This October, we want to encourage all of our MTM-CNM families to join in “Carving for a Cause” to raise awareness of MTM and CNM and to let people see the light that shines from within our community just like the light inside a pumpkin that reveals marvelous and mysterious shapes and wonders.
Not only that, we can also wear “Costumes for a Cause.” Even though every one of our kids is already a superhero, we’d love to see what other kinds of characters they’d like to be. Maybe some of our families would like to show off how they creatively incorporate wheelchairs into their costumes. We’d love to see all of it!
To participate, simply post your adorable “pumpkins” on our MTM-CNM Family Connection Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram with the hashtag #mtmcnmfamily!

#3 Spread awareness during Trick-or-Treat!
